Since TTG is a major employer in its main regions of operation, in particular the Atyrau region, the company firmly believes that gaining the trust and recognition of employees and the public is one of its most important tasks. The well-being of the people in the regions in which the company and its subsidiaries operate, as well as the interests of the long-term development of local communities, are key to creating a prosperous and sustainable business environment in which TTG can operate successfully.
